Accessibility
Last reviewed: 13 June 2026
We want every guest to be able to browse and book a stay, whatever device or assistive technology they use. We build to the WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines and treat accessibility as part of the work, not an afterthought.
What we do
- Semantic, keyboard-navigable pages with visible focus styles.
- Text and controls that meet AA colour-contrast on our warm light theme.
- Labelled form fields, buttons and images, with meaningful alternative text.
- Motion that respects your reduced-motion setting, and a card grid that works as a full alternative to the map.
- Layouts that reflow cleanly from mobile to desktop without loss of content.
Known limits
Some stay photography comes from hosts and may carry shorter descriptions than we would like. We review and improve these over time. The interactive map is an enhancement; everything it shows is also available as a list.
Telling us about a barrier
If something is hard to use, please tell us through the enquiry form on any stay or on Instagram, and we will do our best to put it right.
